BTK inhibitors

Bruton Tyrosine Kinase (BTK) inhibitors inhibit the enzyme BTK, which plays a crucial role in oncogenic signaling and interactions with tumor microenvironment critical for proliferation, and survival of malignant B cells. Examples of BTK inhibitors include ibrutinib, zanubrutinib, and acalabrutinib.
